  • to verify and process reports, assess opportunities, and provide services to customers

  • to maintain quality control and prevent misuse of the platform

Public use (marketing / website):
We will only use your Uploads in public-facing materials (such as our website, case studies, or social media) if you have given explicit permission.

Anonymisation:
Where possible, we may blur or remove identifying details (such as faces, vehicle number plates, or house numbers) before using Uploads for training or public examples.

Your rights / withdrawing permission:

Withdrawal will apply going forward and may not affect materials already published or distributed.
